    Scott MacLellan
    Chief Executive Officer

    Scott MacLellan serves as Chief Executive Officer of TouchPoint Support Services. An unwavering champion of the support service and healthcare industries, MacLellan has spent his entire 35 year career in these fields. He was Co-Founder, President and CEO of Foodbuy, now the largest food service buying organization in the country. 
    MacLellan received a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and has served on a Board capacity for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, National Children’s in DC, the National Children’s Cancer Society and the World Trade Center. He has raised substantial funds for multiple non-profit organizations and is the author of “Amanda’s Gift”, a book dedicated to serving the parents of seriously ill children.
    Barbara Conn
    Division President
    Barbara Conn

    Barbara Conn serves as TouchPoint's Division President with a focus on driving operational excellence. Previously, Barbara served in the roles of Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Support Services for TouchPoint. Barbara was integral in developing and implementing Integrated Hospitality and GoBEYOND, and leading the Customer Experience team in achieving satisfaction improvements. 

    Barbara has been with Compass Group for 14 years serving in technical operations for Foodbuy, the largest food service group purchasing organization in the country and as Director of Business Development where she earned the honor of top salesperson for Morrison Senior Living in 2010. Barbara holds a business degree from LaGrange College.



    John Williamson
    Division Vice President, Operations

    John provides leadership in the Northeast region of the United States. John began his career with Compass Group over 28 years ago as a busboy in the Morrison Cafeterias. He held numerous hourly and salaried roles with the company, while putting himself through college at the University of Florida. 

    During his tenure, John has served as Division Training Manager, Internal Auditor, Regional Director and Regional Vice President.

    John joined TouchPoint Support Services in 2012 and contends that it was the best move of his long career. John is married to his wife Wendy and together they have two sons, Jarrett and Zach.  


    Mike Madigan 
    Division Vice President, Operations


    Mike provides leadership in the Midwest region of the United States. Mike has worked in various ends of the hospitality business since 2004, when he started with Fairmont Hotels. His experience spanned the rooms division, operations and finance at Fairmont properties in New York City, Chicago and at Turnberry Isle. From there, he worked overseeing environmental services at a variety of large entertainment facilities.

    In 2013, Mike joined TouchPoint, managing EVS, FNS, vending and linen in Texas and the Gulf Coast. At TouchPoint, he’s proven himself to be an exceptional leader of winning teams.


    ​​Keith Perkins

    ​​​​​​​Keith serves as Division Vice President for TouchPoint Support Services providing leadership support for the Midwest and Southeast regions of the US. Keith is a proven leader with 14 years of leaderhsip experience in the hospitality field and over 10 years of leadership experience within the healthcare field.

    Keith came to TouchPoint in 2012 and has served as Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Regional Vice President of Operations and now Division Vice President.

    Keith hold a Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management from Western Illinois University and prides himself on developing winning teams, building strong relationships and driving results.

    Maggie Fisher
    Senior Vice President, Operational Strategy & Support Services

    Maggie Fisher is the SVP of Operational Strategy and Support Services. With over 30 years in the food and hospitality industry, Maggie’s brings unique retail and corporate dining experience from previous leadership roles within operations, marketing and sales. Working with Compass for over half her career, Maggie also sits on the national board of directors for the Leadership Legacy Network and spent over 10 years driving national Zone initiatives for Compass. 

    Maggie is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband Dennis and children, Matt and Abby.
