We are committed to promoting wellness and educating our guests about making healthy food choices. Through Balance Kitchen, a retail concept that many of our cafes will begin adopting, guests will have a variety of healthy and indulgent options to choose from. A Balance Kitchen must offer at least 30% FIT criteria foods. This means that food offered must fit into the category of a balanced diet and provide distinct nutritional benefits.
We are also focused on building menus to include fresh,local and sustainable products. In some cases, we even partner with community farms to provide produce for patient meals and offerings in our cafes.
